The Smith Family manga continues – Episode 11 is now available
Episode 11 in our new Manga series – The Smith Family and their Adventures with Money – is now available. We are approaching the climax for Season 1. The final episode in the series will be published on February 16, 2024.

The Smith Family are a middle-class family living in a city somewhere in the world. The second-generation parents are university educated and have professional occupations. Their two kids attend the local public school.
In Episode 11, the Smith Family hosting banker friend Chris who promised to explain to Kevin how modern banks work.
Ryan constantly butts into the conversation asserting his naive and incorrect view of the economy which he learned from an undergrad course in economics that was part of his engineering studies.
As Chris goes through the steps, Elizabeth and Kevin start to understand how it all fits together.
But Ryan is resistant to both the logic and the facts, thinking he knows more than Chris who is on the ground in his job every day.
Even little Emma starts to display some innocent wisdom.
In the final episode, the local neighbourhood is gathering for their annual community street party that the adults hold to provide some fun for the local kids and to lift the community spirit.
Unfortunately, a lot of petty jealousies and past problems emerge as the adults hit the grog.
We hear Kevin’s band playing for the first time and Ryan thinks voodoo child is about economics.
Chris confronts Elizabeth with a difficult choice.
