Therefore, it is essential to accurately assess Japan&#8217;s actual supply capacity.<\/li>\n<li>What is the current supply capacity in the construction sector.<\/li>\n<li>Given environment constraints, is a strong growth strategy feasible<\/li>\n<li>What is the feasibility of a zero growth strategy for Japan given demographic trends especially in the context of the traditional principle of Shinbo (patience and perseverance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That is enough for today!<\/p>\n<p>(c) Copyright 2026 William Mitchell.
